Equestrian Access Groups

Axbridge Bridleways Association (ABA) submit claims for DMMOs and fight Public Inquiries.

Area covered: North Somerset and part of Somerset.

Bridleway clearances, identifying routes for Project2026, promoting road safety, organising guided rides, socials including illustrated talks - all in the Black Mountains and Golden Valley in Herefordshire.

(Longtown, Llanveynoe, Craswall, Michaelchurch Escley, Urishey, Vowchurch, Peterchurch, Dorstone)

Border Bridleways Association (BBA) aim to preserve, promote and safeguard, and occasionally, open routes in the East Cheshire / Staffordshire area.

As a by-product of the original intent, it was found that funds were needed to assist in financing improvements – something which is even more of an issue nowadays, as Councils have little money to spend on rights of way at this time. Border Bridleways Association, therefore, began to run social and equestrian events to raise funds.

Breage and Germoe Bridleways Association looks after bridleways and paths in the Parish ensuring they remain accessible for local riders. The group also organises and runs two horses shows annually.
