About Black Mountains & Golden Valley Bridleways Access Group
Black Mountains & Golden Valley Bridleways Access Group (BM&GVBAG) get together to clear local bridleways, and have liaised with Herefordshire Council and Balfour Beatty to provide new gates where necessary.
BM&GVBAG are also promoting the new Highway Code requirements and are in the process of getting some signs placed on the local roads. They have also registered some historic paths for potential inclusion as public rights of way.
Area covered: Black Mountains (Herefordshire side) and Golden Valley. Villages include Longtown, Llanveynoe, Michaelchurch Escley, Dorstone, Vowchurch, Peterchurch, Ewyas Harold.
