Personal Accident claims should be reported to SEIB Insurance Brokers Ltd’s helpline: 0330 6600723.
How do I cancel my insurance?
The insurance cover included within BHS Gold membership is a group policy, so there's no way to cancel just the insurance aspect should you decide that you no longer need the cover. How do I know when my insurance cover starts?
Your membership begins when payment confirmation is received via email, if you've joined online or had verbal confirmation from the BHS membership team over the phone.
