The British Horse Society is the nation’s largest equine charity with a passion for horses that is backed by knowledge and expertise. The BHS represents and provides a range of services for horse riders, horse owners, enthusiasts and professionals.
Digital skills are critical to the successful delivery of the charitable objectives of the British Horse Society by enabling our staff to access reliable systems where they need. As a result, the IT team are beginning to deliver a new Digital strategy which requires us to recruit some new skills.
The E-learning Implementation Manager will manage the implementation of a new e-learning system (Kallidus), ensure colleagues are trained and able to created content for both internal and external learners and ensure there is a documented standard for all BHS e-learning course content. Also to act as the main link between IT and business colleagues in the delivery of the programme.
You will be experienced in e-learning systems and content creation, preferably having previously worked on the implementation of one or more new e-learning systems and be skilled at running workshops and providing reporting to all stakeholders.
