Lyndsey Adamson

I have a real passion for coaching and I'm happy to coach all ages and abilities in a friendly and sympathetic manner. I trained for many years in Germany and gained a wealth of experience that I love passing onto clients and also ride and judge up to Advanced level dressage dressage.

About me

I am a BHS Senior Coach and Accredited Professional Coach with 30 years’ experience teaching. I am also a recognised British Dressage trainer, advanced BD rider, BD list 4 judge, and an equine physiotherapist.

My coaching and training journey has taken me to many parts of the UK and Germany, where I trained up to Grand Prix and got to coach at some wonderful centres of excellence teaching riders of all abilities and ages.

Being a veterinary physiotherapist allows me to gain a better insight into how the horses are moving which helps give riders the knowledge and understanding to progress correctly with their horses.
