How well do you know your trailer? Is it safe, roadworthy, and set up to give your horse the most comfortable journey possible?
Join us at BHS Approved Benridge Riding Centre for an informative and practical early evening session with Chris Hartley Engineering, specialists in horse trailer servicing, maintenance and repairs.
About Chris Hartley
With many years of hands-on experience working within the equestrian industry, Chris has serviced and inspected countless horse trailers, helping owners keep their trailers safe, reliable and legal for the road. Known for his thorough, practical approach and wealth of knowledge, Chris regularly works with a wide range of trailer makes and models, identifying issues before they become costly repairs and helping owners better understand how their trailers work.
How you learn
Using a trailer as our guide, Chris will explain the key checks every owner should know, helping you distinguish between cosmetic wear and genuine safety concerns. He'll also share expert advice on maintenance, common faults, and how to ensure your trailer is set up to provide the safest and most comfortable journey for your horse.
This informal session combines practical demonstrations with real-world examples, giving you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn from an experienced professional.
