👇Meet Your Coach: Tracy Bye

Tracy Bye is a BHS Stage 3 Coach and founder of Rider Symmetry, a business she established in 2016 to help riders develop greater strength, balance, and postural control in the saddle for the benefit of both horse and rider.

Alongside her coaching work, Tracy is a lecturer and researcher specialising in horse and rider biomechanics. She is currently completing the final year of her PhD in Sports Biomechanics at Loughborough University.

Drawing on the latest research and evidence-based coaching methods, Tracy helps riders gain a deeper understanding of their own posture, movement, and balance. Her approach empowers riders to recognise and correct imbalances independently, creating lasting improvements in both performance and partnership with their horses.
