👩‍🏫 Meet Your Coach

Tracy Bye is a BHS Stage 3 Coach and founder of Rider Symmetry, a business she established in 2016 to help riders develop their strength, balance and postural control in the saddle for the benefit of both horse and rider.

Alongside her coaching work, Tracy is a lecturer and researcher specialising in horse and rider biomechanics. She is currently in the final year of her PhD in Sports Biomechanics at Loughborough University.

During these sessions, Tracy uses techniques informed by her own research to help riders better understand their posture and balance. The aim is to develop skills that enable riders to recognise and self-correct issues more effectively in the future.
