About us

Clwyd Special Riding Centre (CSRC) is a registered charity located in Llanfynydd, near Wrexham, north Wales; and is an approved Riding for the Disabled (RDA) and British Horse Society (BHS) Centre.

We provide state-of-the-art facilities that support equine assisted therapy to benefit people of all ages with a wide range of disabilities and additional needs, with provision for mental health and well-being.  Equine assisted therapy is delivered through: RDA riding (inc. mechanical horse), RDA carriage driving, Hippotherapy and ground-based therapy sessions.  Through our CSRC Ride Academy, we offer the opportunity for ambitious riders to train and compete for the Centre in BD Para Dressage.

The Centre is also accredited to deliver the amazing Changing Lives Through Horses Programme.
