What is the Access Fighting Fund used for?
The fund is used to support our volunteer Access & Bridleways Officers, and Affiliated Equestrian Access Groups (EAGs) who need legal representation at Definitive Map Modification Order Public Inquiries. The fund is also used to take counsel’s advice to make sure that any action we take in court has a good chance of success.
