Every winter, more owners reach out to BHS for help. Some are struggling to make the right decision for their horse. Others are trying to come to terms with the sudden heartbreak of losing them.
Whether it’s through illness, colic, or a tragic accident, the loss of a horse leaves a huge void. Many are left with questions, guilt, or a deep loneliness. No one should have to face that alone.
That’s why we created Friends at the End. To offer understanding, guidance and compassion through every stage of saying goodbye.
