The British Horse Society is closely monitoring the advice from the World Health Organisation, NHS, Foreign Office and Government guidelines regarding the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak.

Approved Centre activity and freelance coaching by Accredited Professional Coaches may continue where the government guidelines regarding good hygiene can be introduced and maintained safely.”
We recommend Approved Centres and Accredited Professional Coaches follow government advice for staff and clients regarding self isolation, hygiene, protecting vulnerable groups and social distancing
We will continue to closely monitor the advice from the British Equestrian Federation and the Sports Ground Safety Authority.
We strongly advise that the equestrian community refers to the guidance by the NHS to help prevent catching or spreading the disease.
The situation is continually evolving and the BHS will respond accordingly in-line with Government recommendations.
