Centre, Home Office Tier 4 approved sponsor have an exciting opportunity for a new member to join the training team to join us as Student Development manager and instructor.
This is a Full time 5 day a week position to include one weekend
The successful applicant will ideally be a fully qualified BHSI, although an
experienced BHS II, BHSSM, or BHS SE/SC training towards the BHSI will be considered.
You will be joining with an existing team of BHS instructors and staff led
by Pammy Hutton FBHS.
The main duties of the job role include organising and delivering all aspects of our BHS students training, to both full time students and ad hoc clients, with the preparation or their BHS or Pony club exams.
Organising and running our BHS exams, including preparation of programmes, commanding and liaising with assessors and other staff to ensure the efficient running of the exams.
Teaching a variety of students and clients in all aspects of equestrianism, dressage, jumping cross country and stable management, children and adults of all levels for recreation and competition purposes.
An excellent package available for the right person to include training up to fellowship level, and the option for reduced rate on livery for one horse. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
