Instructions:

1. Check Your Inbox:
   Look for the most recent email from us. It may have a subject line like “Your BHS Membership Card ” or similar.
   Tip: If you have several emails from us, verify the date and time to ensure you’re opening the latest one.

2. Avoid Using Old Emails:
   Some email clients might display an older version of our message. Please disregard any previous emails that show a different link or outdated information.

Click on these three dots...

 

...and the latest email should appear (check the time and date).

1. Open the New Email:
   Once you’ve located the newest email, open it to view the updated instructions and download link.

2. Click the Link:
   Click the URL provided in the latest email to securely download your new card from Passkit.
