About me

The horse comes first! This has always been my approach over my 35yrs of coaching. I have competed in many disciplines: BE to Novice level, BD to Medium, County showing both side saddle, RoR and working hunter.

Having worked within the equine industry, alongside coaching, I also have a wealth of experience training from foal to full grown, correct fitness programmes and all round good horsemanship. I understand nerves and confidence issues and I have a patient but constructive approach, I believe that all sessions should be comfortable for both horse and rider, whether you have a specific goal to train for, or you want to become more confident day to day. Good basics, trusting the process of correct training and rider symmetry and alignment are my key training principles.

For a 40min private session I charge £30, plus travel expenses. I run regular clinics, for either small group or private sessions.
