About Me

Positive and empathetic coach, with a holistic approach to horse and rider development and a strong emphasis on welfare and harmony between horse and rider.

I work hard to create a positive learning environment, accepting that mistakes (from horse or rider!) are okay and are a learning opportunity. I have a strong interest in supporting riders outside of the arena and can offer goal-setting sessions, off-the-horse coaching and assistance with rider fitness.

In addition to being a BHSI Performance Coach, I am a British Equestrian Federation Level 4 Coach and I hold an MSc in Sports Coaching, which led me on a journey of exploration through contemporary coaching practices that have enhanced my coaching.

I have been coaching for almost 30 years and work with a broad range of riders, who have ranged in age from 4-81yrs old and from beginner right up to Prix St Georges Dressage, 4* Eventing and BS Foxhunter as well as Riding Clubs and Pony Clubs.
