About me

I have been coaching for over 30 years and have many years experience running and managing riding schools, competing myself and supporting my 3 children who are all active and successful members of both pony club and riding club.

 I am a qualified primary school teacher and bring with me many years experience of planning lessons, setting and achieving goals and targets and working with neurodiverse children and adults.

I enjoy coaching a range of riders of all ages from beginners to grassroots competing. I love to spend time building trust and relationships in order to help everyone achieve, feel success and build self belief allowing my clients to enjoy and get the most from their hobby.

I regularly run my own camps, clinics and sessions, coach Pony Stars and Pony Club and I am the disco dressage coach for the Durham area. I enjoy teaching from my own yard near Tow Law and am happy to travel to nearby yards, camps and clinics.
