About me

I am a BHS Stage 4 Senior Event Coach and BHS Stage 4 Senior Management qualified professional, also holding BHS Stage 3 Coach in Complete Horsemanship.

 I work freelance across riding school environments and from my own facilities, offering tailored coaching for both horse and rider, alongside practical horse care sessions. Having started my own riding journey outside of a formal lesson environment, I understand the challenges riders can face when building confidence and developing foundational skills. This enables me to relate particularly well to nervous and beginner riders, while also supporting more experienced combinations to progress and refine their performance.

I hold a degree in Equine Studies and a PGCE, and use an evidence-informed approach to coaching. My background in a professional showjumping yard has developed my practical skills, industry knowledge, and ability to deliver individualised, effective training.
