About me
With over 20 years of experience, I integrate my clinical background as an Occupational Therapist with my expertise as a Coach to provide specialised Equine-Assisted Occupational Therapy (EAOT). Having completed post-graduate training in this field, I offer a unique therapeutic approach for children, young people, and adults. I specialise in supporting individuals with neurodiversity, mental health challenges, and sensory integration and processing needs by utilising the horse as a dynamic partner in the therapeutic process.
