About me

Lynsey Richardson is a grassroots performance coach and Centre10 Advanced Coach, specialising in empowering horse-and-rider partnerships to progress towards their individual goals—whatever they may be. She combines equine learning theory with performance psychology to build confidence, trust, and lasting results, prioritising long-term partnerships and happy horses over quick fixes. 

With 20 years’ experience and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and Equestrian Coaching, Lynsey brings a calm, fun, and practical approach to her coaching. She incorporates groundwork and horse-centred training to improve communication, relaxation, and overall performance.
