About me
I am a stage 4 coach working with riders and horses to build happy, relaxed partnerships.
I take a holistic approach to training riders and horses and like to start from the ground up. My coaching and training is based on TRT method and I train clients in how to better implement this to achieve the desired results.
My goal is always to equip my clients and their horses with the tools they need to be successful and work through challenges on their own and with confidence. Sometimes this involves rider position and I have a particular interest in how the rider uses their body to influence the horse. I am also trained in coaching on the equine simulator and i use Equisk bands to help riders to become stronger.
As well as freelance I also work at Walford College as an Equine Lecturer training career students and regularly coach for Shrewsbury and District Riding Club and I am registered as a PC coach.
