Riding and Mindset Coaching
With 20 years of experience training horses and riders, I have additional qualifications in psychology and hypnotherapy. Allowing me to work with competition mindset, confidence knocks and emotional wellbeing in and out of the saddle. With a particular interest in correct and clear schooling, I combine important theory, fitness and wellbeing of both horse and rider to help you reach your goals.
