About me

I am a dedicated coach based in North Wales, passionate about helping riders build confidence, connection, and a deeper understanding of their horses. Through my Reins of Change programme, I provide a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment where riders and learners can develop both their equestrian skills and personal growth.

I work with a wide range of individuals, including neurodiverse children and young people, helping them to build confidence, communication, and emotional awareness through interaction with horses. I believe in tailoring every session to meet the needs of the individual, recognising that progress looks different for everyone. I also enjoy supporting parents who may not have an equestrian background, helping them feel informed, involved, and confident in their child’s journey.

My empathetic and patient approach helps riders of all abilities achieve their goals—whether that’s developing partnership with their horse, growing in self-belief, or simply finding joy and connection through time spent with horses.
