Alison Whittaker-Stewart

About me

I am a friendly and enthusiastic coach who enjoys working with riders of all ages and abilities, particularly novice riders. Whether teaching in an arena or accompanying riders on a hack, my goal is to help riders enjoy their time with horses, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals at their own pace.

Alongside practical coaching, I enjoy teaching equestrian theory and am qualified to deliver the BHS Challenge Awards, Pony Stars Awards, and deliver the Ride Safe Silver Award. I believe that developing knowledge and understanding is just as important as improving riding skills and I’m committed to my own continuing professional development and regularly attend webinars, demonstrations, clinics and horse camps to broaden my experience and keep my knowledge current – all of which allows me to share up-to-date best practice with my clients.
