Lunge Training
Join us for afternoon of training on how to lunge.
Whether you lunge a horse for exercise or to maintain the current level of training, it is a skill that needs to be learned and done well both for the wellbeing of the horse and the safety of the handler.

✅ For those working towards BHS Stage 2 and 3 lunge assessment.
✅ Horses and equipment will be provided.

This training has been designed to help you prepare confidently and safely for the next time you lunge a horse or take your BHS assessment.
Under the expert guidance of BHS Coach and Assessor Danny Anholt FBHS, you’ll have plenty of hands-on opportunities to practise and refine your lunging technique, improve your understanding of horse way of going, and develop the key skills an assessor looks for.
With personalised feedback and professional guidance, this is an invaluable day of skill development. Opportunities may be available to have your BHS Stage 2 or 3 skills record signed off.
