Ever feel like you’d love to work on your posture, balance, or core strength without having to worry about what your horse is doing underneath you? Or maybe you’re coming back from an injury, haven’t ridden for a while, or you’re just curious to try something different. If so, the mechanical horse is such a great option.
In a relaxed 30‑minute one‑to‑one session, we’ll go through walk, trot, and canter. You’ll be able to use the mirrors around you to actually see what your body is doing—whether that shoulder is sneaking forward, if you’re sitting slightly off to one side, or how your hips are moving through each pace.
You’ll be coached by Jo Rawlins, BHS APC Level 4 Senior Coach, so you’ll get plenty of guidance and tips along the way.
Weight limit is 15st.
Instructions
Please arrive ready for you sessions with hat and boots on to enable the sessions to start promptly.
There is a 15st weight limit for the mechanical horse
