“How to run a business – a self-help information evening”

So we want to OR are running our own business.  

Let’s look at the challenges we will face.  
What skills will we need to have or employ and 
what is out there that can really help us succeed in this competitive world.

This is an opportunity to set time aside to discuss all aspects of this challenging but rewarding vocation and to perhaps see things from different perspectives and find new possible solutions.

A question and answer session will be available at the end of the presentation.

This event will take place over Starleaf. 

Instructions on how to join will be emailed to attendees in advance of the event. 

Continual Professional Development (CPD)

This training session will count as 1.5 hours of CPD for BHS Accredited Professional Coaches, 1 CPD point for Horse Sport Ireland Coaches.

The information contained will be important for all equestrians and will benefit those preparing for all levels of BHS Stages Qualifications, BHS Challenge Awards, Pony Club Tests.

About Brendan
Brendan holds an Honors degree in Animal Science - Equine [BAgrSc-Eq (Hons)] from UCD. He has worked in the UK, Australia and Denmark to gain experience before settling back in to his native Ireland. He is one of the few coaches in Ireland holding the BHS Accredited Professional Performance Coach BHSI,  IGEQ International Level 3 Coach (FEI Recognised) as well as the ETCM (BHS Stage 4 Senior Trail Yard Manager) the highest of its kind. Brendan specialises in horse and rider centred development and has a special interest in working with clients towards specific competition goals in eventing, show jumping and dressage. As BHS, Ride Safe Assessor and Pony Club B Examiner he has unique insight into exam requirements and is available to train students towards BHS Complete Horsemanship Pathway, BHS Ride Leader Pathway and Pony Club Exams. His other key interest is in breaking and rehabilitating problem horses.
