This is an excellent opportunity to have all of your dressage questions answered. Ross is a BD Judge & Listed Trainer, a BE Accredited Coach and a BHS Stage 4 Coach in Complete Horsemanship. Ross started his riding journey at the age of 4 and enjoyed his pony club days. As an older child he represented the club with great success at most area competitions. At 19 he left to join the army and went on to spend 12 years in the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery, which took him riding around the world from Canada to Nepal.
Ross then went on to represent England in both Dressage and Eventing, and whilst now only competing in Dressage, coaches clients across all disciplines. He takes great enjoyment and pride from coaching other riders (and coaches!) and helping them to progress with their individual goals. With many strings to his bow, his knowledge and advice in all areas of equestrianism is very sought after. We are very excited to be able to secure him to teach some clinics for us this year.
Current COVID-19 guidelines must be followed during this event. Please keep to social distancing (2 metres) and be prepared to wear a mask when dismounted e.g checking in with the BHS volunteer on the day. Please use hand sanitiser regularly. The coach will not be able to assist with mounting, adjust tack or handle any of your belongings (such as jackets etc) so please do not expect him to do so. 1 assistant allowed per rider. Assistants must not gather together and must follow social distancing at all times. We may need to ask assistants to wait in your vehicle if social distancing cannot be followed.
