About Us

Established in 2023, Totleywells Equestrian is a modern, high-end private livery and competition training yard.   Situated just 1km from junction 1B on the M9 and in the other direction just 1km from the Queensferry Crossing, just 10 miles from Edinburgh.  Our large 70m x 30m outdoor arena with views of the Pentlands, and our Indoor Arena are both surfaced with Andrews Bowen top of the range training surfaces, and the yard enjoys exceptional equipment such as a full set of BE jumps in our XC field including banks, water, ditches, and a full course of Jump4Joy show jumps and Arena XC Jumps.  We hold regular small dressage and show jumping shows.

Totleywells Equestrian offers full livery, schooling livery, competition livery, training clinics and small competitions.  We offer have rehabilitation livery and term time livery.

With a permanent team of 7 professionally trained, experienced staff, who offer additional services such as Hofmag Therapy, Massage, Salt Therapy, rehab support, clipping, worming etc.

We host regular events in our gorgeous gallery with its wood burning stove; it seats up to 24 with a full kitchen and viewing gallery over the indoor school.
