About Us
We have a membership of approximately a hundred, drawing from Suffolk and South Norfolk. GRS welcomes all ages; from our Mini Members, through Juniors to Seniors; and riders with wide ranging abilities and ambitions. Our philosophy is based on fun, opportunities and challenges, within the context of knowledgeable horse welfare. We organise many and wide ranging activities, shows and events; so there’s something for all, whether members or non-members. Additionally, there is training for which we use Accredited Trainers, who make learning enjoyable for all ages and levels. Our venues include Topthorn Arena, Suffolk Rural College and Crow’s Hall, Debenham. GRS is active in Area 14, with riders taking part in Qualifiers and some reaching National Championships. We run as a Not for Profit organisation and are likely to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
