This competition will run under British Riding Club rules. It is important that all competitors are aware of the rules relating to this competition – you can find all the relevant information in the BRC Handbook
Entries
Entries will open Midday 2 October.
Spaces are limited and will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, and will close @5pm on 20 October or when the class is full, whichever occurs first.
Entries are restricted to one team per club; however, clubs may enter as many individuals as they wish providing space permits.
The bitless bridle classes are open eligibility, for other class eligibility please see the schedule.
Payment
Payment for entries can ONLY be made via the online entry booking system https://brc.bhs.org.uk/select
Entry prices are as follows:
- Teams £56
- Individuals £14
Refund Policy
If a team or individual have to withdraw before the closing date and the space can be filled, a refund may be issued at the discretion of BRC. If the space cannot be filled, or the withdrawal is after the closing date, then no refund will be issued.
Video Submissions
Recorded test links must be received by BRC no later than 5pm on 8 November. Details of how to submit the test will be sent out with confirmation of your entry once it has been accepted and will also be available on the website.

IMPORTANT TACK RULE FOR ALL CLASSES: As per rule G23: EQUIPMENT in the handbook:
'No item of saddlery or equipment may be misused. All saddlery and equipment is to be
correctly fitted, used as intended in its manufactured state without adaptations and must be
available for general purchase.'
