Coaching Coordinator - Eccleston Equestrian Centre

Eccleston Equestrian Centre is seeking a motivated and experienced Coaching Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team. The right person must be organised and able to coach riders of all levels and experience. Must have skills which enable them to organise the lesson rota, BHS training courses and half term activities with an affable personality. 

About the Role

This is a key leadership position within the centre. The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality riding lessons to clients of all ages and abilities
• Lead and support the coaching team
• Organise and deliver upcoming BHS training courses
• Plan and coordinate half-term activities, pony days, camps, clinics ext
• Support riders working towards BHS qualifications and skills book sign off
• Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
• Minimum BHS Stage 3 Coach – preferable Stage 4 Coach
