About Heritage Highways Access Group (HHAG)
Heritage Highways Access Group’s members were volunteers with the National Heritage Lottery funded Heritage Highways Project.
Heritage Highways members are continuing the work of researching the old highways & packhorse routes in the north west of Sheffield. We aim to extend and improve off-road access for riders, cyclists & walkers, by working to ensure that, wherever possible, routes are recorded on the DM at their correct historical status. We will work with other user groups, local authorities and other relevant organisations in order to achieve our aims of extending and improving access in the area.
