A bit about me...
"I was a BHS member when I lived in the Republic of Ireland from 2005 to 2012 and attended several great camps and other events. Hacking there relied on quiet roads and a beach as I was miles from any toll rides in N Ireland. I’ve been volunteering in Shropshire with the BHS since 2015 and got involved because my local EAG (Long Mynd & District Bridleways Association) has an interest in Lost Ways so I got started on historical research.
Shropshire has great riding but also lots of missing links. The BHS 2026 project is critical to helping solve the problems. I was fortunate to have ponies as a child growing up in Yorkshire and got involved in pony club and riding club activities. Those were carefree days in the 1960s when the roads were quiet and we had much more freedom to ride wherever we wanted."
