There’s no obligation to leave a gift to the BHS, though we’d be truly grateful if you choose to.
How to include the BHS in your Will
If you’d like to include us in your Will, we strongly recommend you that you speak to a solicitor to ensure that your wishes will be carried out as you intend.
You will need to take the following details with you:

Here’s some suggested wording your solicitor may find useful:
“I leave X / a X% share of my residuary estate for British Horse Society of Abbey Park, Stareton, Kenilworth, Warwickshire CV8 2XZ (Registered Charity No. 210504 and SC038516) [insert percentage of estate / specific sum] to be used for its general charitable purposes.”
