We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic person to join us for a 10-week funded programme based at our BHS hub in Stirling, Scotland.

Job Title: Redesigning Rural Assistant
Salary: Funded 10 week Programme - £17,500 pro-rata for 10 weeks

Minimum period of 10 weeks, working 35 hours per week with hybrid working from our Stirling Hub. Supported by the National Transition Support Scheme.

Are you 25 years of age or over and currently out of work or facing unemployment due to Covid/Brexit (to comply with Scottish Enterprise Redesigning Rural National Transition Support Scheme).

Training will be provided to support your development during the programme.

Experience in the equestrian industry is not mandatory.

Key skills needed for this exciting role:

- Work with the BHS Scotland team to organise policies and procedures at the hub including a booking system for the use of the facilities at the hub.
- Create and maintain attractive displays.
- Filing and record keeping and other administrative tasks.
- Promote the use of the hub to visitors and look at ways to encourage members to use the hub including the use of social media.
- Work with the other businesses at the Stirling Agricultural Centre.
