Business Admin Event Management Apprenticeship | Newbold Verdon Equestrian Centre

This Apprenticeship at NVEC allows for the participation in the day to day running of a busy office, forming the cornerstone of our competition centre. It will provide transferable skills including administration, communication, IT and customer service, which can be utilised across a broad spectrum of future roles with potential for permanent employment on successful completion. This role will involve some weekend and evening work.

Tasks will involve:

  • Making and receiving telephone calls, ensuring messages are forwarded on to relevant staff
  • Responding to emails and social media messages
  • Photocopying & Scanning and ad hoc admin
  • IT duties using Microsoft package including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Marketing & Social Media updates
  • Event preparation through to attendance on the day

Desired Qualifications:

  • GCSE Maths and English A-C would be advantageous.
