Part Time - Permanent Position – 32 hours per week.
Based at our HQ near Stoneleigh, Warwickshire
(currently working remotely but attendance for training at HQ will be required)
The British Horse Society is the nation’s largest equine charity with a passion for horses that is backed by knowledge and expertise. The BHS represents and provides a range of services for horse riders, horse owners, enthusiasts, and professionals.
This department is vital to the success of the Society by growing our membership, donation and gift aid income that allows us to carry out more work for every horse and rider.
Working as part of a team, but equally able to work on your own initiative, you will be actively selling the British Horse Society through listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriate information on the Charity, its services and the benefits of membership.
You will have excellent verbal communications skills and telephone manner and have a high degree of accuracy, dealing with payments of Direct Debits, cash and credit cards; data inputting and general and insurance queries.
