At Kenn Pier Stables, we know that choosing a place for your horse to retire is an emotional decision. Your horse isn’t “just a horse” — they’re a companion, a friend, and part of your life. For over 36 years, our family-run yard has provided a peaceful, loving home where horses can slow down, feel safe, and simply enjoy being themselves. We’ve been proudly BHS approved since 2002 and have always been highly praised for the care we give.

Set on our beautiful 280-acre Somerset farm, this is a place filled with calm, space, and gentle routine. Every horse in our care is treated as an individual, with kindness, patience, and genuine affection. You’ll have complete peace of mind knowing your much-loved horse is being looked after by people who care as deeply as you do.

Whether your companion is retiring through age, recovering from injury, or simply ready for a quieter life, we make sure they receive 5-star care, comfort, and attention every day.

In the summer, they can enjoy our spacious fields and the freedom to relax naturally. Through the winter, they have a warm stable with daily turnout, keeping them happy, comfortable, and content. With Lynne’s extensive experience in horse care and rehabilitation, every little need — from special diets to medical routines — is handled with compassion and understanding.

We are in Kenn, Nr Clevedon, with easy access to Bristol and the M5.
