About Me
I am a BHS Level 3 Complete Coach with over 30 years’ experience in the horse world as a coach, dressage judge and equestrian mindset coach. I have completed the Centre10 Applied Psychology for Equine Coaches and I am a Elite Equestrian Mind Coach. I work with riders from grassroots through to affiliated competition, with a strong focus on correct basics, rider understanding and long-term development rather than quick fixes.
Alongside ridden coaching, I specialise in equestrian mindset coaching, supporting riders who struggle with confidence, anxiety, self-doubt or feeling stuck in their progress. I help riders develop mental resilience, clear goals and practical strategies they can apply immediately, whether they compete regularly or simply want to enjoy their horses more.
I work mainly with adult riders and professionals who value honest, supportive coaching and clear communication. Sessions may include ridden work, unmounted mindset coaching, or a blended approach, and I also offer remote coaching. My aim is to help riders feel confident, capable and in control of their journey, focusing on progress over perfection.
