Training

We’ve listed some free and paid-for training if you’d like to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence having wellbeing conversations.

Conversations in the Community. A free online course to boost your confidence in having everyday conversations about mental health and wellbeing. 

Mental Health First Aid Training. Organised by BHS, this insightful course hosted by SkillBase equips you with a practical action plan to guide and support others, while also prioritising your own wellbeing. Choose between the 4-hour foundation or the 2-day First Aider course.
