Event Details
We’re delighted to return to the stunning setting of Stowe for another fantastic fun ride. Enjoy a beautiful 6-mile route through parkland designed by Capability Brown, featuring field margins, woodland tracks and plenty of opportunities for a canter.
👇What you can expect:
- Approx. 6-mile marked route (no jumping)
- Optional second lap (start before 12 noon)
- Relaxed, friendly atmosphere
- Walk-and-trot-only session (12:00–12:30) for novice or nervous riders
- Stewards on course to help with gates
- Photographer on site
- First aid cover and vet on call
- Keepsake rosette for every rider
⭐How it works:
- Start times from 9:30am to 12:30pm
- Book your preferred time slot
- Collect your number on arrival
- Groups are set off at safe intervals
🎟️Entry details:
- £30 per rider
- Entries close 19 August 2026 (or when full)
- All riders must have public liability insurance

⚠️Key things to know:
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
- Dogs allowed on short leads (not on the ride)
- Please leave parking areas tidy (no mucking out)
- Follow steward instructions at all times
👥Rider requirements:
- Approved riding hat must be worn
- Suitable footwear required (no trainers/wellies)
- Hi-vis strongly recommended
- Wear provided number armband
🐴Horse requirements:
- Minimum age: 4 years
- Fit and suitable for the ride
- Up-to-date flu vaccinations (passport required)
- Safe, correctly fitted tack
Please note:
- Horses without valid vaccinations/passports will not be allowed to ride
- Refunds only available with a vet/doctor note before 20 August (£5 admin fee applies)
