This CPD day is designed for coaches who work with everyday riders and a range of riding school clients. The day will explore practical, engaging and innovative approaches to lesson planning, helping coaches create sessions that are enjoyable, progressive and confidence-building for a wide range of riders.
Objective
The objective of the day is to provide coaches with fresh ideas for interesting and effective lesson plans, while also sharing successful ways to overcome common challenges and barriers faced when coaching everyday riders and riding school clients.

Presenter
The day will be presented by Mandy Leusley FBHS, who will bring her experience and insight to support coaches in developing practical, rider-centred sessions for this important client group.

This CPD day is suitable for coaches working in riding schools, centres and freelance environments who want to refresh their approach, develop new ideas and enhance the learning experience for everyday riders.
Opportunity to Get Involved
We will be looking for a couple of coaches to work with Mandy and deliver on the day, demonstrating some of their favourite exercises from their coaching toolbox and sharing best practice with colleagues. Please get in touch if you would like to put yourself forward.
