👩🏫 Meet Your Coach:
Tracy Bye is a BHS Stage 3 Coach and founder of Rider Symmetry, a business dedicated to helping riders improve their strength, balance and postural control for the benefit of both horse and rider. Alongside her coaching work, Tracy is a lecturer and researcher specialising in horse and rider biomechanics and is currently completing the final year of her PhD in Sports Biomechanics at Loughborough University. Using the latest research and evidence-based techniques, Tracy helps riders gain a deeper understanding of how their posture and movement influence their horse, empowering them to make effective self-corrections and achieve lasting improvements in the saddle.
