Eric is a Fellow of the British Horse Society and is a renowned international competitor, coach and successful producer of young horses, at all levels. He represented Ireland at the Summer Olympics in 1992 and 1996 and was reserve for 2000 and 2004. He was also on the Bronze medal-winning team in the 1993 and 1995 European Championships and competed at three World Equestrian Games as well as competing regularly at Badminton and Burghley.
He coached the Belgian Eventing Team for the 2012 London Olympics and is an FEI judge, regularly acting as Ground Jury.
Everyone welcome – A guide for coaches and riders of all levels to take the mystique out of jumping.
Learn how this expert coach works with horses and riders to develop their ability over fences covering both SJ and XC questions. Starting on the flat and then developing different exercises over fences to build confidence and technique to tackle different types of question – and make jumping simple.
Starting at RC level followed by more advanced combinations.
Plenty of tips and ideas for everyone to take away to work on. This will count as CPD for BHS APC’s (2 points) BE and PC coaches.
Doors will open at 6.00 pm for a 7.00 pm start (15 min break at 8.00) and finish at 9.15 pm.
