- Workshop 1 - Mindset, how to create simple behavioural changes in the everyday rider so they can get the most out of their riding.
- Workshop 2 - (P)Rehab, how to self assess biomechanics, reduce pain and prevent further injury in yourself and your riders.
- Workshop 3 - Nutrition, understand how to empower yourself and your riders with a healthier balanced diet that gives you energy and protects your body from the rigours of riding.
- Workshop 4 - Exercise, how to create a gym, home or stable based workout that improves, not hinders you and your clients riding.

Your presenters come armed with one hundred plus years of experience in educating coaches and coaching individuals & athletes.
Wez Pooley is a degree educated sport & exercise scientist with a masters in education and is currently Performance Director of world leading DNA Health Profiling company Muhdo Health Ltd. Wez’s previous roles include Head of Strength & Conditioning for the England Women’s Football team and Brighton & Hove Albion FC.
Rowan Mills, is a degree qualified strength & conditioning coach and is founder of Germany based fitness and high performance company Fitness is Success. Rowan was previously a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army and has worked multiple professional athletes.
David Sanders, qualified as an applied sports scientist through university and had completed multiple qualifications in biomechanics and movement neurology. David founded The Neuromechanics Academy and works solely with equestrians everyday reducing and improving their performance with the horse.
