Nelly Clarkson

About Me

Nelly came up through the pony club achieving her pony club A test qualification before specialising in eventing. She competed herself up to 4* level and was selected for the Junior European Eventing team at 18yrs. Nelly also rode as an amateur jockey and achieved success in point to points, hunter chases and rode in the Aintree foxhunters. She continues to hunt, event and team chase.

Nelly has a wealth of knowledge and experience from many years in the industry which she brings to her coaching. She teaches children and adults of all levels and all abilities and enjoys helping those preparing for competitions. Her coaching style is fun, educational and encouraging. Nelly travels to venues across the South West to coach. Along side her private lessons she also teaches pony clubs, riding clubs and at camps, she is regularly out eventing with her teenage children and with clients, and remains up to date with BE, PC and RC rules and regulations. Nelly keeps abreast of changes within the industry through CPD training and courses.
