About Me

Kath's enthusiastic and encouraging approach to Coaching inspires riders to achieve their goals, coaching from grass root level to BE U18 teams, with over 30 yrs experience. Kath passion for Eventing has been at the forefront of her career, completing Badminton 5 * in 2000 and now competes just one Novice horse leaving time to focus on her coaching and inspiring others. Kath runs popular SJ and XC Clinics at venues in the North Yorkshire, Cheshire and Lancashire as well as freelancing offering flat/SJ private sessions. Kath specialises in building foundations and instilling confidence in grass root riders and offers a holistic approach to solve issues encountered, previously the Yard Manager and Trainer at the British Thoroughbred Retraining Centre (in the days when it was known as Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre) where she gained vast knowledge and expertise with Ex race horses.
