About Me

Having 10 years teaching in Riding Schools and Pony Club in England, where I trained up to BHSII level. Being trainer and examiner for the Ride Safe Award and Equine Welfare Adviser for the North London Area, followed by 25 years studying and teaching Natural Horsemanship in Canada and Military Horsemanship, including mounted skill at arms in the Canada, USA and El Salvador (gaining Honorary Membership of the El Salvador Cavalry Regiment) I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help riders of all levels to build a wonderful connection with horses.
I predominantly help owners who are having problems connecting with their horse and adults who want to start riding later in life.
I teach mostly private lessons or small groups in a beautiful Devon location but am also willing to travel to you.
I give clinics on Natural Horsemanship to small groups, each with a horse, to work on ground work (using body language to train horses to be attentive, respectful, calm and responsive. Please contact me for info on this.
When in the UK I competed at Hunter Trials, Eventing and Team Chasing.
