Cindy Russell

I have been coaching and working in a teaching environment for the past thirty years, with experience across a wide range of equestrian disciplines, including Endurance, Dressage, Western, Polocrosse, Pony Club, Riding Club, Riding Schools, Pony Racing.

I enjoy working with a wide variety of riders, participant and recreational riders, Riding Clubs and Pony Club Branches, as well as competition riders.

  • BHS Stage 4 Senior Coach or equivalent

About Me

In addition to holding BHS Stage 4 Senior Coach qualification, I hold BEF Level 4 coaching certificate, MSc in Professional Coaching, UKCC Level 3 specialism in Endurance Riding Coaching.

Working with riders to improve their performance management is a particular area of interest, as well as supporting riders to build confidence.

I also enjoy working in a Riding School environment, with all sorts of riders, beginners, children, nervous riders, anyone who is interested in learning.

Based in Essex, I am happy to travel to coach, depending on requirements.
